In the arched cellar of Esrum Abbey lies Restaurant Brother Rus' Cellar. The kitchen specializes in original medieval recipies based on game, herbs, vegetables, nuts, honey and fruit. The visitors can enjoy drinks of historical origin such as beer from the local Brøckhouse Brewery , wine from old sorts of grapes and specially prepared spirits.
In the summertime meals are served in the courtyard of the abbey.
