Okkels specializes in homemade ice cream based on an original Italian recipe. The raw materials are imported from Italy, who are said to make the best ice cream in the world. We make the ice cream ourselves on our own ice machine in which milk ice is being heated and pasteurized to 75 degrees, so that it is clean, with no lumps and 100% bacteria free. Then it is poured directly into the freezing cylinder before it comes out as delicious creamy ice cream - ready to serve.
We manufacture ice on organic semi-skimmed milk, yoghurt or water which results in a very low fat ice cream and we use naturally only the best and finest ingredients
